Aisha Hayle, Founder/CEO

  Aisha Hayle is an Orlando, Florida native to migrant parents from Jamaica. Aisha experienced an unplanned pregnancy, making the decision of becoming a single mother at the age of 16 years old. With the support of a non-profit organization named Alpha Omega Miracle Home (St. Augustine, FL), Aisha regained a sense of value, discovered the fruits of the Spirit and redefined her own spirit by works of Christian servants within the organization. Aisha was blessed to give birth, 2-months prematurely, to a beautiful infant girl, naming her Aiona Melanie (meaning beautiful flower, divine spirit) at 3 lbs., 15 oz. in Jacksonville, Florida of Shands Hospital.

  Surrendering her dreams of becoming an Olympian Track & Field athlete, Aisha was eager to beat the 'odds of statistics' completing her high school education at the age of 17 years old with a High School Diploma from Olympia High School. By 2014, Aisha made the courageous attempt to founding a non-profit organization that gave focus to populations of teen parents, at-risk youth, single parents (mothers and fathers), displaced families and emergency/crisis preparedness. With prayer and perseverance, 501(c)3 federal tax exemption was shortly granted. Though much of Aisha's accolades are accounted to her academic achievements, corporate experience and business savviness, the burning sensation of charity still rested within Aisha's designed purpose in life. Aisha shifted gears to meeting the needs of a population with the altruistic rewards of generous, charitable efforts.

  Driven by the spirits of her faithfulness, Hayle is now in the beginning stages of developing resources that are available for short-term assistance in critical situations such as: emergency housing, transitional housing and temporary housing needs.
